Your main responsibilities will include: preparing and assembling sashimi, temaki, uramaki, and other Japanese cuisine dishes, ensuring excellence in preparation; guaranteeing the quality, presentation, and standardization of served dishes; properly preparing and handling fish and other ingredients according to technical standards; maintaining organization, cleanliness, and hygiene in the workplace per established regulations; controlling food expiration dates, storage, and waste to ensure efficiency and safety; strictly adhering to food safety regulations and good handling practices. ### **Prerequisites** To qualify, you must have: Mandatory requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. Desired qualifications: \- Training in Japanese gastronomy.
