Follow food safety regulations **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing dough, sauces, and ingredients; * Support the pizzaiolo in pizza preparation and assembly; * Organize and sanitize the workplace and utensils; * Comply with food safety regulations and good kitchen practices. **Requirements:** * Availability to work on weekends and holidays * Agility, organization, and willingness to learn; * Prior experience in the kitchen is a plus.
