Job Summary: Supervise the loss prevention team, conduct audits, analyze processes, monitor compliance, and ensure operational goals are met. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises the Loss Prevention team 2. Conducts audits and vulnerability analyses 3. Develops improvement initiatives and ensures goal achievement Supervise the team of Loss Prevention Officers and monitor adherence to departmental procedures; conduct audits to ensure compliance between pallet selection and issued invoices; analyze process vulnerabilities and propose improvements; verify and flag inventory adjustments showing discrepancies between physical and system stock levels; audit the execution of preparatory processes for inventory counts; apply checklists and jointly develop improvement actions with Management; monitor proper storage of products in the dry area; ensure and analyze the implementation of actions aimed at reducing losses; verify camera positioning and guarantee system functionality; ensure operational goals are achieved; supervise compliance with internal policies; promote organizational culture among the team; and other responsibilities.
