




Job Summary: Supervise the loss prevention team, conduct audits, analyze processes, monitor compliance, and ensure operational goals are met. Key Highlights: 1. Develops improvement initiatives and ensures goal achievement Supervise the team of Loss Prevention Officers and monitor adherence to departmental procedures; conduct audits to ensure compliance between pallet selection and issued invoices; analyze process vulnerabilities and propose improvements; verify and flag inventory adjustments showing discrepancies between physical and system stock levels; audit the execution of preparatory processes for inventory counts; apply checklists and jointly develop improvement actions with Management; monitor proper storage of products in the dry area; ensure and analyze the implementation of actions aimed at reducing losses; verify camera positioning and guarantee system functionality; ensure operational goals are achieved; supervise compliance with internal policies; promote organizational culture among the team; and other responsibilities.
