Clean and organized workplace, with focus on quality **JOB OPENING: KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **Schedule:** Rotating shift (6 days on, 1 day off), with fixed weekly day off and one Sunday off every six Sundays. Works on Sundays and holidays. Sunday to Thursday: 6:00 PM to 1:20 AM (average 7 hours of work) \- Friday and Saturday: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (average 9 hours of work). **Requirements:** Must reside near UFU SANTA MONICA or have personal transportation (due to lack of public transport during departure time). **Responsibilities:** Food handling, leaf cutting, juice and other food preparation using provided equipment. Operation of stove and deep fryer. (Cooking skills not required). Maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Ensuring quality and proper dish preparation procedures. Being courteous to customers and team members.
