




Job Summary: The Senior Analyst will coordinate the technical training strategy for Amazon's transportation operations, focusing on operational excellence and business results impact, as well as planning and monitoring training programs. Build partnerships with leadership and deliver learning solutions. **DESCRIPTION** --------------- The Senior Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the execution and outcomes of Amazon's transportation operations technical training strategy across the states of RJ, MG, DF, and ES; contributing to operational excellence and business results impact. They will also plan, implement, and monitor training programs, supporting capability development for new operations and management in existing operations. They will partner with operational leaders to provide training support tailored to each operation’s challenges. Responsibilities include mapping operational metrics and individual employee performance metrics to propose capability-building solutions and maximize business outcomes. This is a 100% on-site position, preferably based in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem. Key job responsibilities * Execute the technical training strategy across Amazon's transportation operations in Brazil, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence; * Execute and monitor training programs for new operations launches as well as for existing operations; * Build strong partnerships with operational leadership and deliver appropriate learning solutions for each opportunity; * Manage and develop a team of training leaders and ambassadors; * Leverage business data and metrics to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Proven experience in logistics operations, industrial operations, or operational excellence; * Familiarity with training agendas; * Problem-solving ability, multitasking capability, sense of urgency, and management of multiple internal stakeholders. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Intermediate English proficiency; * This is a 100% on-site position, preferably based in Rio de Janeiro (Taquara neighborhood), Belo Horizonte, or Contagem; * Willingness to travel: 30% (outside peak periods) and 60% (during peak periods and site openings).
