Infrastructure monitoring and incident handling * Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, networks, peripherals, and internal systems). * Perform basic configuration of equipment (workstations, printers, mobile devices). * Assist in software installation and updates under supervision. * Monitor IT infrastructure health using monitoring tools and report incidents. * Support execution of basic backup and restoration routines. * Handle incidents via the help desk system, logging and tracking resolutions. * Assist in creating and maintaining user accounts (AD, e\-mails, network permissions). * Support information security activities in operational routines (antivirus, passwords, access control). * Document basic IT procedures for team reference. * Actively participate in internal training sessions and continuous learning initiatives. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an IT analyst, support technician, or infrastructure specialist
