If you enjoy working autonomously, taking ownership, and delivering real business impact, this role is for you. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Critically analyze postings, revenues, and expenses to ensure financial consistency * Structure and monitor financial KPIs and management reports * Consolidate financial data from multiple departments, providing strategic business insights * Develop and review cost allocation criteria and cost distribution models * Conduct in-depth cash flow analyses, financial projections, and scenario planning * Identify financial risks and opportunities and propose action plans * Provide technical support to the team and serve as liaison with accounting * Lead financial process improvements and support internal control structuring * Ensure quality and reliability of financial closing deliverables ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree **completed or in progress** in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields * Solid experience in finance/administration * Advanced Excel proficiency * Strong analytical skills and business acumen * Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile * Strong communication skills for interaction with leadership * Ability to propose improvements and act with ownership * **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday * Hours: **8:00 AM to 5:48 PM** ### **Compensation** * **Salary negotiable**, commensurate with seniority level ### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) * Health and Dental Insurance * Birthday Leave * Educational Assistance * Collaborative environment, autonomy, and room for strategic growth ### **Our Culture** At **Virtual Connection**, we believe every person has something unique to offer.
