Come experience the new with us! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, medical exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Description:** We are seeking a Capital Projects Contract Management Analyst for the Vice Presidency of Engineering. The role covers the entire contract lifecycle, with emphasis on managing contractual changes and records, supporting the Contract and Operational Risk Management team, as well as cross-functional communication with internal directorate teams—especially during implementation. The primary objective is to improve portfolio result predictability and accuracy through prevention of contractual deviations and trend analysis in risk management. **Responsibilities:** * Support negotiation processes for contracts and projects, as well as interactions with other company departments—particularly Procurement and Legal; * Consolidate and analyze indicators at the contract, project, and portfolio levels; prepare management status reports; * Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and procedures set forth by the Contract and Risk Management team; * Support management/analysis of contractual records (RDOs, minutes, letters, emails, reports) and define appropriate responses; * Support scope and contractual deviation management, monitoring deadlines, obligations, and responsibilities of all parties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in contract management or administration; * Strong communication skills across organizational levels and ability to foster synergy among workgroups. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of and/or experience in risk management; * Experience in cost and/or price/budget formulation and analysis; * Certifications in project, contract, or risk management (e.g., PMP, RMP, IPMA, CCM); * Experience in construction projects or engineering projects. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
