Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring reliable, automated, and auditable measurements of partners to guarantee financial integrity, operational efficiency, and support for decision-making. Analysis and value generation ### **Responsibilities** Ensure reliable, automated, and auditable partner measurements, guaranteeing financial integrity, operational efficiency, and continuous support for decision-making regarding product profitability and sustainability. Key Responsibilities 1\. Operational and financial measurement of partners Consolidate, validate, and audit monthly service measurements provided by partners. Ensure consistency among contracts, SLAs, KPIs, operational measurements, and billable amounts. Identify deviations, inconsistencies, and financial risks related to measurements. Proactively prevent billing errors, financial losses, or improper payments. 2\. Automation and process efficiency Design and enhance measurement automations, reducing manual processes and increasing operational scalability. Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, controls, and consolidated partner databases. Ensure traceability of information used in measurements, with well-documented history and calculation logic. Continuously improve measurement workflows, pursuing operational efficiency and risk reduction. 3\. Governance and integration with billing Support the end-to-end flow from validated measurement to partner billing with finance teams. Ensure measurements comply with contractual clauses and internal policies. Act as the technical focal point for measurement-related discussions with partners, Product, Finance, and Procurement. Support contract renegotiations and reviews with concrete data on consumption, volume, and performance. . Analysis and value generation Analyze measurement data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, rebates, contractual adjustments, and margin improvement. Support Product teams with reliable information on partners’ financial impact on products. Contribute to decisions regarding continuation, revision, or termination of partnerships based on operational and financial data. ### **Technical Competencies** Experience with service, contract, or billing measurement. Strong analytical ability and data organization skills. Experience with financial controls, KPIs, SLAs, and recurring processes. Experience with control automation, dashboards, or databases (Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
