Join Nexa and be part of a mining company that moves with the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative processes within the Training department, ensuring organization and smooth daily operations. * Organize training classes, including participant invitations, registrations, confirmation of attendance, and communication with participants. * Record and update attendance lists in the system, ensuring data integrity and reliability. * Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as room scheduling, supporting materials, and coffee break arrangements, ensuring an excellent experience for participants. * Support the department analyst in operational activities and in monitoring training plans, directly contributing to the development of Nexa employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Engineering programs; Desirable: * Effective communication * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork * Proactivity * Adaptability * Learning orientation * Empathy and customer service focus * Responsibility and commitment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **Additional Information** ***Nexa believes in fostering a plural environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered to be their authentic selves.*** We are one of the world’s largest zinc producers!
