A subsidiary responsible for providing competitive electronic payment solutions, services, and consumer credit to our customers, maximizing shareholder value and continuously increasing its contribution to the Organization’s results. Work model: Hybrid \- 1x On-site Unit: Uberlândia/MG **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Junior Customer Experience Analyst, you will work within the Collections Management department, with the following main responsibilities: * Analyze and improve credit card billing processes, including delinquency management, rollover, retention actions, and portfolio segmentation * Participate in launching, monitoring, and advancing initiatives, projects, and actions aimed at operational efficiency and improvement of card billing processes * Manipulate, process, and analyze databases to generate insights and support decision-making * Build performance reports and analyses using Excel and analytical tools **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Technical knowledge of credit card billing processes, especially delinquency management, rollover, and portfolio segmentation * Advanced Excel (data processing, pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards) * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
