Job Summary: Analyst will confer, audit, analyze, and monitor inventory movements, production data, and reconciliations for financial closure, also creating and updating cost spreadsheets. "This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals" **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify, audit, analyze, and monitor incoming and outgoing movements, production entries, and inventories; * Prevent errors and failures by implementing corrective actions for discrepancies in entries and inventory levels; * Perform processing within the inventory/cost module and integrate accounting information generated; * Reconcile balances of inventory and cost accounting accounts with information generated/validated by the module; * Conduct financial closing focused on cost and inventory information; * Create and update cost spreadsheets for headquarters and units, establish pricing, and create price tables. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in the accounting/costs area; * Familiarity with Protheus system is desirable; * Advanced Excel knowledge.
