




Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for supporting users, managing hardware and software, maintaining secure systems and data, and assisting in the development and implementation of solutions. Support in the development and implementation of new IT solutions. Provides support for local plant users' hardware and software requests. Responsible for assembling, repairing, configuring, installing, maintaining, preserving, and upgrading (upgrade) computer equipment and systems of various scales to optimize company activities and processes. Instructs users on system usability for performing their tasks, during the validation of new routines and/or modifications thereof, aligning with best practices defined by information technology policies. Assists in managing general user access rights. Assists in managing IT service providers, including contract-related matters. Supports IT specialists and managers in developing and implementing computerized systems by defining requirements and functionality, specifying architecture, selecting development tools, and detailing programs. Ensures data and access security. * Assemble, install, configure, maintain, update, and preserve equipment and systems. Keep equipment and license inventories up to date. * Assist in gathering requirements, testing, implementation, and defining hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure proper system operation. * Support validations, develop manuals, and guide users on new features to ensure appropriate usage of implemented systems. * Assist in creating and maintaining security policies, access controls, backups, and protection against intrusions or data leaks. * Monitor services delivered, manage documentation, and open and track service tickets with vendors. * Monitor system, network, and database performance; identify and resolve failures; control access; and conduct audits when necessary. * Prepare manuals, workflows, technical reports, and specifications, and support defining hardware and software standards and security policies. * Identify user needs, evaluate technological solutions, and propose process and system improvements. * Support evaluation of new technologies, tools, and vendors, participating in technical tests and events. * Perform administrative tasks related to the IT area and other duties associated with the role. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems. * Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the automotive parts industry. * Driver's license category A or B. * Availability to work in Betim \- MG \- 100% on-site
