Performing bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports **Financial Analyst** **Location**: Gravataí-RS **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in related fields * Experience: Financial routines; Technical Skills: ERP, Excel, cash flow management * Interpersonal Skills: Organization, analysis, communication **Purpose of the Position**: Execute, analyze, and control the company’s financial routines, ensuring proper cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and support for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** Accounts Payable and Receivable Management \- Monitor and schedule payments \- Process payment settlements \- Track due dates \- Conduct collections when necessary \- Perform bank reconciliations \- Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions \- Record merchandise purchases in the OMIE system **Cash Flow** \- Prepare and update cash flow statements using data from the OMIE system \- Forecast inflows and outflows \- Analyze variances **Reconciliations** \- Perform bank reconciliations \- Verify bank statements and balances Reports \- Prepare financial reports based on the OMIE system \- Support financial statements. **Reports** \- Prepare financial reports based on the OMIE system \- Support financial statements Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.078,41 \- R$3.300,71 per month Selection Question(s): * Do you own a vehicle?
