If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer that future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Detailed Description:** * Supervise civil construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, concrete pouring, structural work, and industrial finishing. * Monitor and guide in-house teams and contracted companies during service execution. * Ensure all activities comply with project designs, technical specifications, and applicable standards. * Conduct field inspections to verify service quality (formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, leveling, etc.). * Track physical progress of construction and report progress to project coordination. * Support the release of work fronts for disciplines such as mechanical and electrical. * Identify deviations in schedule, cost, or quality and propose corrective actions. * Participate in planning and construction monitoring meetings. * Ensure appropriate use of materials, equipment, and resources. * Guarantee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at the construction site. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Technical education in Building Construction or related fields. * Proven experience supervising civil construction in industrial implementation or infrastructure projects. * Prior experience in the food industry sector. **You Stand Out If You Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office * Work Location: Araxá/MG * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Benefit * Meal Allowance * Totalpass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
