Support for continuous process improvement **Job Objective** Ensure company supply with optimal cost-effectiveness, while monitoring maintenance- and service-related demands, thereby guaranteeing procurement process efficiency and acquisition quality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct procurement processes for materials, supplies, and services; * Perform quotations, negotiations, and supplier contracting; * Issue and track purchase orders through delivery; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Evaluate costs, delivery timelines, and quality to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness; * Monitor and control maintenance demands (facilities, equipment, etc.); * Support contract and service provider management; * Monitor delivery deadlines and ensure compliance with agreed terms; * Maintain and update system records and registrations; * Support continuous improvement of procurement processes. **Requirements / Desired Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience in supplier and contract management; * Knowledge of procurement planning and inventory control; * Experience in maintenance process management.
