Job Summary: Assist mechanics in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems, performing cleaning, component replacement, and fault identification in equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preventive and corrective air conditioning maintenance 2. Handling of basic tools and equipment cleaning 3. Support in identifying and correcting equipment defects **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist mechanics in providing preventive and corrective maintenance services for air conditioning systems; \- Handle basic tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, drills, screwdrivers, among others; \- Clean air conditioning filters; \- Wash installed air conditioning units; \- Replace belts and valves; \- Perform hygiene cleaning of air conditioning and ventilation equipment; \- Assist in leak testing of piping lines; \- Assist in compressor replacement; \- Help identify defects/failures in air conditioning equipment; \- Assist in correcting defective or damaged equipment; \- Assist in scaffolding assembly (if required); \- Check vehicle tires, water, and oil before travel; \- Verify tools requested by the technician; **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school education; \- Availability to work on weekends; \- Valid driver's license (CNH); (Preferred) \- Availability for travel and overtime; \- Prior experience in air conditioning is preferred; \- Experience in industrial electrical work is preferred; \- Willingness to learn and basic knowledge of tools; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.955,38 \- R$2\.298,55 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
