Job Summary: Assist in preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency building maintenance, performing various civil construction and repair activities. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on conservation and repair of buildings **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Assist in building conservation maintenance as required, including preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency tasks. Construct internal and external surfaces and other civil works, walls and other building components, among other activities. Assist in demolitions and construction of walls, roofs, claddings, and related items for repairs due to interventions by other systems; Assist the civil maintenance technician in daily contract activities; Assist in demolitions, construction, or repairs of walls, roofs, claddings, and related items for repairs due to interventions by other systems; Assist in repairs and maintenance of walls, concrete elements, and general hollow structures, including drywall; Assist in minor repairs of slabs, doors, windows, lintels, skirtings, roofs, and general coverings in administrative buildings; Assist in cleaning slabs, roofs, and general coverings in administrative buildings; Mounting of tools and general accessories; Assist in repairs of junction boxes, and internal and external pavements (concrete and pavers); Assist in painting building installations, including surface preparation; Assist in repairs and installation of fences, walls, and enclosures; Assist in installation, removal, relocation, and repair of furniture, partitions, and blinds/venetian blinds; Assist in maintenance and painting of doors (all types, including fire-rated doors); Assist in maintenance of floors, raised floors, and walls. Assist in installation and replacement of various glass and mirrors, repair of laminated plastic (Formica), and installation/removal of solar film; Cleaning of dry and siphoned floor drains; Unclog sanitary fixtures or internal piping up to external inspection chambers; Unclog or repair air-conditioning drain piping; **Requirements:** Completed elementary education.
