Support to the condominium manager and administration Position: Condominium Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: * Receiving and organizing residents' packages and deliveries; * Managing registration of incoming and outgoing mail; * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support to residents; * Supporting condominium administrative routines; * Organizing documents and files; * Supporting the condominium manager and administration; * Assisting in internal notifications and information dissemination. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability and proactivity; * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, and WhatsApp Web); * Prior experience in condominium management is a plus.
