This role aims to continuously improve occupational safety and health conditions by eliminating workplace accident and occupational disease risks through preventive actions, training, campaigns, and collective and individual protective measures. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Assess all factory job stations to identify and control hazards, injuries, and occupational disease prevention; * Support identifying corrective/improvement actions for job stations; * Comply with legal requirements and regulations; * Manage fire-fighting equipment, overseeing tests, inspections, and recharges; * Monitor and control safety metrics and management reports; * Conduct DDHSE and training; * Perform other related tasks, such as organizing campaigns, issuing documents, maintaining controls, etc. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with MTE registration; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Familiarity with SOC, Cesla, and IUS Natura (CAL) systems; * Intermediate English proficiency; Power BI knowledge is a plus; * Mindset oriented toward digital innovation; * Prior experience in this role and in an industrial environment.
