




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and organization of parts and accessories, ensuring inventory efficiency and appropriate supply to customers and technicians. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and parts organization with focus on 5S 2. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording items 3. Ensures parts availability for scheduled appointments and special orders The professional is responsible for receiving and inspecting parts and accessories from suppliers, including returns, and reporting any anomalies found to management. Controls warehouse organization, following storage standards, applying the 5S concept, and ensuring correct storage of parts according to their designated locations. Enters parts into the internal management system, sorts and records items, monitors and updates the pending parts tracking dashboard, assists in counting for partial and full inventories, and maintains updated records at least every six months. Ensures inventory efficiency for supplying original parts and accessories to customers, maintaining minimum stock levels at the dealership. Collects parts in advance for next-day scheduled appointments, using dedicated shelves to expedite delivery to technicians. Organizes specific shelves for special orders, immobilized vehicles (VOR), and warranty-replaced parts, ensuring availability in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
