Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for developing topographic maps, conducting house and land surveys, preparing descriptive memoranda, and performing related tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development of topographic maps and surveys. 2. Preparation of descriptive memoranda and reconstructions. 3. Collaboration within internal teams on land regularization and topography. Luciana Moreira Consultoria is recruiting for its partner company **Enprol Engenharia e Projetos LTDA — CAD Technician/Draftsperson \- Belo Horizonte \- MG** **Job Responsibilities:** This professional will join Enprol’s internal team at its Belo Horizonte \- CE branch, developing topographic maps, conducting house and land surveys, preparing descriptive memoranda, reconstructions, property registrations, and other related activities. **Requirements and Technical Competencies:** * Experience with **AutoCAD**, including proficiency in creating topographic maps, property maps, and sketches; * Proficiency in using **Word and Excel** to prepare descriptive memoranda and complete technical reports; * Basic knowledge of **georeferencing** and **property registration records**. **Education:** Technical high school diploma in Building Construction, Roads, Surveying, or related fields.
