Job Summary: Responsible for issuing and verifying invoices, applying tax legislation, and reconciling data to ensure fiscal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic role involving analysis and resolution of billing issues. #### **Responsibilities** * Issue and verify product and service invoices, ensuring fiscal and legal compliance. * Analyze and apply tax rules (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) according to current legislation for each type of transaction. * Process and reconcile sales and service data with billing systems, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Monitor and resolve billing issues with customers and internal departments (sales, logistics). * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management and financial control. * Stay updated on changes in tax and fiscal legislation to ensure correct application in invoicing. * Organize and archive fiscal and billing documents, ensuring traceability and audit readiness. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in billing routines, invoice issuance, and taxation. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of tax legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Google Workspace (basic and intermediate functions, pivot tables). * Familiarity with the Sankhya ERP system. * Ability to identify and analyze inconsistencies in billing data. #### **Skills** * NF-e/NFS-e Issuance * Tax Calculation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) * Google Sheets (Intermediate) * ERP Systems (Sankhya) * Fiscal Analysis * Document Verification * Basic Accounting * Tax Legislation * Logical-Mathematical Reasoning ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Sankhya, Taxation, Report Analysis, Data Analysis, Administrative Processes ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Dental Plan, Health Insurance (options for employee and dependents), Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Parking ### **Department:** Supply Chain
