If you enjoy challenges, are dynamic, and thrive in active customer engagement, this role is for you! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Enter customer information into the system; * Structure and organize the customer portfolio; * Conduct commercial outreach; * Re-engage lapsed customers; * Build and develop your own sales portfolio; * Exercise autonomy in developing your portfolio; * Strategic involvement in the company's commercial expansion; * And other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed High School or currently pursuing a University degree; * Proven experience in Telesales \- Commercial (B2B experience is a plus); * Familiarity with sales funnel processes; * Experience with CRM systems (contact registration, task management, sales stages, reasons for loss, basic forecasting); * Telephone communication skills; * ERP familiarity; * Basic knowledge of the fuel/TRR market and customer service for agriculture/retail/industry (a plus). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday \- 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Work Location:** Av.
