Implementation and Monitoring of OHS Policies **Job Description:** Responsible for managing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality Management System (QMS) routines, ensuring legal compliance, risk prevention, and continuous process improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and monitor OHS policies; * Manage statutory programs (PCMSO, PPRA, PPP), CIPA, and SIPAT; * Control and guide the use of PPE/collective protective equipment (CPE), and conduct training (NRs, onboarding, fire brigade); * Monitor workplace accidents and departmental indicators; * Manage maintenance (building/industrial), cleaning, and pest control; * Perform QMS-related tasks: document control, indicators, audits, and non-conformities; * Ensure compliance with legal requirements and license renewals. * Update company licenses (Federal Police, IPAAM, SEMAS, DEVISA, SEFAZ, Municipal Government, IBAMA, and the Chemical Council); **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or Environmental Management; * Experience in OHS and Quality Management Systems; * Knowledge of regulatory standards and audits; * Organizational skills, critical thinking, and strong communication ability. **Required Specializations:** Quality Management and Environmental Management.
