Create simple Instagram content (posts, short videos, and stories). Attend to customers via Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and the website chat. Photograph products and organize the asset library for the website. Answer questions, send purchase links, and track orders. Promote new launches, campaigns, and promotions. Monitor abandoned carts and leads generated by the website. Contribute to the brand's digital and commercial positioning. Build the e\-commerce platform from scratch and ensure smooth operations. Increase engagement and strengthen the brand's digital presence. Establish an efficient routine for online content creation and customer service. Deliver tangible results for the digital channel within the first 6 months.
