We seek a Construction Engineer with experience in modular construction to be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of projects utilizing industrialized systems. The professional will be responsible for technical management of on-site assembly, ensuring quality, efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with current regulations. * Lead teams of engineers and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring achievement of project objectives. * Supervise construction works, verifying adherence to design, material quality, and worker safety. * Prepare technical reports, opinions, and documentation required for project approvals by competent authorities. * Monitor schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization. * Participate in meetings with suppliers and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective and aligned communication. * Continuously seek innovations and best practices in civil engineering to support continuous improvement of processes and outcomes. * Experience in modular, prefabricated, or industrialized construction systems. * Knowledge of off-site production and on-site assembly processes; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management tools. * Familiarity with technical standards for modular construction and occupational safety. **Must be available to work on construction sites located in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul (RS).**
