




Job Summary: Responsible for conducting product and process audits and inspections, evaluating aesthetic and finishing aspects, supporting management in defining process variables, and documenting standards. Then Grendene is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct audits and inspections of products and processes, evaluating aesthetic and finishing aspects of the product; * Support management and teams in analyzing and defining acceptable variables in the production process to guide production; * Clearly document defined variables and parameters via the Quality Form and keep it updated according to requirements; * Participate in tracking departmental pending items, collecting and consolidating information to ensure correct activity prioritization in accordance with established deadlines; * Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and document quality deviations that have been jointly approved for release; * Facilitate knowledge sharing among the quality team, contributing to everyone’s growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets; * Proficiency in creating promotional materials (PowerPoint, Canvas); * Discipline, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and proactivity complete the profile. **Additional Information** * Work Format: On-site * Working Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:18 p.m. Our story has been built over more than 50 years, driven by simplicity and the collaboration of hands that, with every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
