Job Summary: Experienced professional in inventory management to lead a team, ensure organization and accuracy, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with other departments. Education** * Completed high school (mandatory). * A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is considered a plus. **2\. Experience** * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or distribution center management. * Proven experience in team leadership. * Experience in the agricultural parts sector or in the agribusiness field is considered a plus. **3\. Technical Knowledge** * Inventory control and movement. * Receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Rotating and periodic inventories. * Inventory metrics (accuracy, losses, turnover, and productivity). * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Warehouse layout organization and stock location management. **4\. Job Responsibilities** * Lead the inventory team. * Ensure warehouse organization and preservation of stock. * Monitor receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic inventories. * Monitor KPIs and develop action plans when necessary. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Conduct training and guide the team on operational procedures. * Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure product supply and availability.
