Team supervision, performance evaluation, and shift scheduling Logistics Supervisor A residential and commercial moving company in Rondonópolis/MT seeks a Logistics Supervisor for logistics operations, focusing on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization. Main Responsibilities * Plan routes, schedule interstate trips, and monitor drivers via tracking systems to optimize fuel consumption and timing. * Control documentation (CT\-e, MDF\-e, CNH, insurance), fuel refills, operational costs, and compliance with moving transportation regulations. * Supervise driver teams, evaluate performance, manage shifts, conduct training, and handle damage or accident resolution. * Analyze fleet KPIs, expense reports, and propose actions for cost reduction and operational improvements. Requirements * Proven experience in transportation or logistics management, preferably in moving or less-than-truckload (LTL) operations. * Knowledge of Brazilian regulations (interstate ICMS, electronic manifests) and management tools such as Advanced Excel. * Driver's license category B or higher, flexibility to work non-standard hours, and residence in Rondonópolis or surrounding area. * Completed high school education; a degree in Logistics or Administration is preferred.
