




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing import and unloading logistics, negotiating freight rates, optimizing costs, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency. Monitoring of port operations and expense indicators **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48, including lunch break **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Distribute imported volumes by evaluating and planning storage space jointly with the factory to optimize allocation of products with scheduled arrivals, and by developing unloading plans indicating where products will be placed. * Participate in port berthing meetings, representing the company's interests to minimize vessel waiting time. * Monitor and analyze ship unloading operations to ensure execution as quickly as possible, thereby fulfilling commitments made with the port, and verify movements and charges billed by service providers. * Prepare cost budgets, paying attention to market movements and prevailing prices, to inform management about market trends and ensure costs align with actual market conditions. * Contract freight services, negotiating with carriers to achieve the best possible cost for both internal and external movements. * Track budgeted versus actual expenses, building monitoring indicators and correcting deviations to maintain expense control. * Develop and update the inbound freight rate table to support product cost composition. * Schedule loadings by reviewing the order portfolio and planning loading operations. * Analyze daily variables, checking inventory levels, truck availability in the market, delivery demand, and factory capacity. * Prepare a freight list to be communicated to the sales team. * Develop new suppliers through market research to optimize costs and enhance competitiveness. * Contract freight services, negotiating with carriers to achieve the best possible cost for both internal and external movements. * Control expenses to maintain efficiency and performance indicators for operations assigned to this role. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Logistics flow; * Port operations and procedures; * Fiscal and tax legislation; * Freight market; * Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR), Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Productivity Bonus (R$1.100,00* per company guidelines), Transportation Allowance
