REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completed Technical Education in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, and/or related fields.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze vibration and thermographic data collected in the field to identify potential failures that could render equipment inoperable, while keeping analyzed information updated in dedicated predictive maintenance management software.
* Ensure execution of the quantitative scope stipulated in the corporate predictive maintenance contract with suppliers, as well as timely delivery of diagnostic and prognostic reports (RDP) generated from internal and external predictive analyses, aligned with identified urgency levels.
* Develop lubrication and predictive plans together with specialized technicians, identifying opportunities to enhance facility and/or equipment reliability through new lubrication technologies and products, as well as reducing labor and costs associated with lubricant application and storage.
