Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating, controlling, and optimizing biodiesel production, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity with autonomy in operational decision-making and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of biodiesel production and soybean oil neutralization. 2. Technical support to the team and execution of complex process adjustments. 3. Operating, controlling, and optimizing the biodiesel production and soybean oil neutralization process, ensuring that quality, safety, and productivity indicators are met. Works with greater autonomy in operational decision-making, provides technical support to the team, and executes highly complex process adjustments, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards of the Integrated Management System of the Rondonópolis Industrial Complex. Process Operation and Control Operate and monitor the biodiesel process control panel and equipment, performing corrective interventions and complex adjustments to optimize production. Inspect the operation of pumps, reactors, heat exchangers, centrifuges, and other critical process equipment. Monitor and interpret laboratory analysis results, defining and executing operational parameter adjustments when necessary. Safely and efficiently conduct process start-up, shutdown, and transition activities. Maintenance and Preservation Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment under your responsibility, reporting deviations and monitoring technical interventions. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of production areas, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements. Indicator and Quality Management Monitor process indicators such as yield, specific consumption, energy efficiency, and final product quality. Support the implementation of process improvements and projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Safety and Environment Fully comply with occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and industrial hygiene regulations and procedures. Actively participate in safety and environmental training sessions and campaigns. Operational Support and Training Support the supervisor or coordinator in defining and executing departmental plans and goals. Guide Level I operators on operational procedures and best practices. Collaborate closely with maintenance, laboratory, safety, and utilities teams to resolve operational issues. Responsible for compliance with laws, internal procedures, and COFCO’s ethical standards. Work in accordance with technical standards and procedures related to quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection. **Required Education:** Completed High School. **Experience:** Preferably in biodiesel production, oil refining, or similar industrial processes.
