The activation team consists of these professionals who visit customers to activate new internet connections and perform necessary maintenance. Additionally, the Activation Team configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and all other posted positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in maintaining equipment already installed at customer sites; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers by phone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and keep the workplace organized; * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Fill out service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Task efficiency and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school; Technical training in a related field is desirable. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00 Opportunity for on-site work in Itapoá/SC Since 1997, we have been guided by customer centricity, delivering telecommunications solutions for residential, corporate, and government clients.
