Main Responsibilities: Operate backhoe loaders for: Trench, foundation, and drainage excavation Material handling and loading Soil leveling and grading Trench opening and closing Perform daily equipment inspections (checklist) Identify needs for preventive and corrective maintenance Maintain machine cleanliness and condition Support field teams as required by project needs Follow project instructions, sketches, and signage Responsibilities: Comply with occupational safety regulations (NR-11, NR-12) Operate equipment safely to prevent accidents Protect underground utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewage) Ensure productivity according to schedule Requirements: Completed elementary education Heavy machinery operator training course Driver's license category C, D, or E Proven experience in the role for at least 1–2 years.
