Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there’s no limit to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your daily routine on the BP HR team as an HR Assistant?*** * Conduct resume screening and headhunting activities across various hierarchical levels; * Align candidate profiles with hiring managers to ensure accuracy in selection processes; * Conduct interviews for multiple positions; * Manage and monitor Recruitment & Selection metrics, producing critical analyses to support decision-making; * Identify needs and propose improvements to hiring processes to increase efficiency and quality; * Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in selection processes; * Collaborate with other departments, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What do you need to join us?*** * Experience in Recruitment & Selection; * Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields (in progress); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to organize and manage multiple simultaneous selection processes; * Analytical mindset to interpret data and propose solutions; * Skill in conducting structured and competency-based interviews; * Experience with recruitment platforms (ATS) and posting vacancies on digital channels; * Negotiation and relationship-building skills with managers and candidates. **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Strong active listening ability; * Resilience in high-demand environments; * Teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills. ***Work Schedule:*** * 8 hours and 48 minutes per day; * Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM. ***Work Model/Location:*** * On-site | Downtown Curitiba / PR **Additional Information** ***Our Benefits:*** Fixed salary; Meal allowance of R$31.00 per working day; Transportation allowance; Career development plan; Multi-benefit card; Life insurance; SESC membership; University partnerships; Corporate university; A relaxing day off—"***Day Off***" on your birthday; "Just dress no code"—be yourself! ***For Your Health:*** Dental plan; Gympass/Wellhub; Psychological support; On-site medical assistance available when needed. **\#VemSerBP** Hi!
