Job Summary: Provide strategic support for new product development, from opportunity analysis through to launch, while monitoring the product lifecycle and cost optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in the development of new products 2. Support in market analysis and pricing strategies 3. Interface with various departments and suppliers **Responsibilities**: * Support analyses and development of new products (actively participate in all stages: from studying opportunities for new products to launching/introducing them into the market); * Prepare initial specification sheets and technical specification sheets; * Monitor the creation of graphic materials and other supporting materials; * Assist analysts (responsible for market strategies and competitive analysis) in identifying new business opportunities; * Conduct market research based on *sell-in* and *sell-out* data; * Support pricing formulation and margin calculation; * Assist in cost-reduction analyses for products within the category; * Assist in researching new product opportunities/trends; * Support preparation of price grids for comparison with competitors' products; * Responsible for sample control and showroom updates; * Monitor negotiations with foreign suppliers; * Serve as the interface with all departments involved in new project development; * Attend periodic meetings presenting category and project development progress. **Requirements**: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields / Business Administration; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Professional experience is desirable; * Experience in product development processes or project management will be considered a plus.
