Their activities involve specific care regarding thermal preservation and food hygiene: Transportation and Delivery * Deliver food using appropriate vehicles * Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring punctuality * Transport izoboxes safely, avoiding drops or impacts Temperature Control * Verify that izoboxes are properly closed and sealed * Check for presence of ice, thermal plates, or refrigerant gel * Monitor internal temperature to keep food within required standards * Avoid unnecessary opening of boxes during transit Handling of Izoboxes * Organize food correctly inside thermal boxes * Separate products by type (hot, cold, raw, ready-to-eat) to prevent contamination * Ensure boxes are clean and sanitized before and after use Verification and Control * Verify orders, quantities, and product conditions during loading and delivery * Transport and present invoices or supporting documents * Collect signatures or proof of receipt Food Hygiene and Safety * Follow regulations on good practices for food handling and transportation * Prevent cross-contamination * Use PPE when necessary (gloves, clean uniform, etc.) Vehicle Maintenance * Keep the vehicle clean, especially the cargo area * Perform basic inspections (fuel, tires, brakes) * Ensure transport space is suitable for accommodating izoboxes Customer Service and Communication * Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and team members * Report delays, issues, or delivery changes * Uphold the company's positive image during service This professional is essential for delivering prepared meals, lunch boxes, refrigerated or frozen products, ensuring food arrives **safe for consumption and meeting quality standards**.
