Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Action Labs needs a Front End Web Developer who will help our clients bring their projects to life. Our developer will be responsible for building all graphical interfaces of web systems, blending design artistry with programming expertise. **Action Labs Profile:** We focus on innovation. You must be highly flexible when working on projects whose requirements evolve over time, and proactively develop innovative solutions for unexpected challenges—without losing sight of the project’s ultimate goal. Therefore, it is essential that you can effectively collaborate with teams across departments and understand diverse perspectives regarding the product. Finally, we seek individuals with critical thinking skills who can coherently and substantively defend their ideas. **Your Main Activities / Responsibilities Will Include:** Writing and optimizing code for improved performance, scalability, and speed; ensuring graphical interfaces strictly adhere to designer-provided layouts; developing functional web application prototypes; converting Sketch screens into HTML and CSS code, including backend communication via Angular; designing new user interfaces; building reusable code and libraries for future use; verifying technical feasibility of UI layouts; ensuring responsive implementation of web interfaces. **Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Essential Skills:** Proficiency in Angular is mandatory. Knowledge of React. HTML5 – Advanced CSS3 JavaScript jQueryAngular – Advanced REST APIs Bootstrap, Sketch and/or Zeplin.io Intermediate English proficiency Desirable: SEO fundamentals **What We Expect From You:** Initiative to develop solutions aligned with the project’s ultimate objective.
