Maintenance of cleanliness and organization in utility areas. #### **Job Description** Responsible for providing all necessary support to the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operator and the Boiler COI operator; operation of biomass system machinery (unloading, handling, dosing biomass for boiler combustion, and storage of this material); performing assigned tasks to the best of one's ability to keep equipment operational and maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the Utilities area; performing general cleaning and maintenance in the boiler area, including yard, handrails, ash removal from biomass combustion, floor washing, and other activities related to external boiler area organization; monitoring and supporting field operational activities for both boilers and WTP/ETP; performing operational checklists on equipment such as conveyors, pumps, fans, exhausters, valves, and other equipment directly related to the utilities sector; supporting the Full WTP Operator by jointly monitoring operations to consistently produce high-quality water; performing daily cleaning in the silo pit and conveyor landings to prevent accumulation—once per shift; collecting samples of ash residue, wood chips, and effluents and delivering them to the laboratory; handling chemical products and adjusting dosages upon request by the supervisor and/or senior operator per shift; performing pre-use checklists on vehicles and machinery to identify the need for preventive or corrective maintenance and reporting to the immediate supervisor to ensure proper machine functionality; performing ash and biomass reject (OVER) loading and handling; refueling diesel oil for biomass-handling machinery, corn meal, wet cake, and corn; performing plant cleaning tasks; handling ash bins using trucks; monitoring and preventing any unsafe acts or actions by drivers during biomass unloading operations; promoting a strict workplace safety culture for all activities performed within Utilities; ensuring FIFO implementation in biomass operations to maintain fuel quality and avoid impacting boiler operations; understanding environmental aspects and occupational hazards, taking action to mitigate respective environmental impacts and occupational damages; contributing to FS certifications under the 5S and GMP+ programs; possessing knowledge of GMP and HACCP, specifically regarding CCPs (Critical Control Points); #### **Requirements** * #### **Education** Completed High School * #### **Experience** 3 months **Identification** 3454 **Number of Positions** 1 Position **Location** LUCAS DO RIO VERDE **Contract Type** Temporary **Publication Period** 20 Days
