If you are dynamic, determined, and eager to contribute to our company's growth, join RTT! **We have an opportunity for a Trainee Engineer** The Trainee Engineer will support the company's technical and operational activities, overseeing installations, maintenance, and optimization of electrical, chemical, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, proposing improvements, preparing reports, and supporting contract and team management. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Support maintenance, installation, and optimization of electrical, chemical, and mechanical systems and equipment used in services (according to your academic background). * Conduct fault diagnostics, analyses, and propose improvements to technical processes. * Monitor execution of installation, maintenance, and optimization services, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and deadlines. * Prepare technical reports and documentation for completed services. * Support management and monitoring of the company's service contracts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Assist in mobilizing and demobilizing teams and resources for services. * Assist in measuring completed services and prepare progress reports for management. * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure efficient and safe fulfillment of contractual expectations and requirements. * Monitor and support administrative routines related to the team, such as vacation tracking, work schedules, and updating employee records. * Contribute to implementing integration and team development processes, aiming for continuous improvement and alignment with company objectives. * Assist in meeting internal (company teams) and external (clients and suppliers) customer needs, ensuring effective relationships and clear, objective communication. * Support resolution of questions and issues related to services provided, ensuring satisfaction and service quality. * Monitor and ensure service quality delivered to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and propose solutions within contractual scope. * Support identification of commercial opportunities within existing contracts and ongoing projects, noting new service or product demands from RTT. * Contribute to gathering data and information for developing commercial proposals and presentations for new business. * Analyze and suggest technical solutions aligned with the company’s commercial needs and RTT’s strategic vision. * Perform assigned duties while understanding and contributing to continuous process improvement and application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Requirements: **Academic qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering completed between January 2023 and December 2024, or expected completion by December 2025\. ### **THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE FOR:** Any state in Brazil ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Competitive benefits and salary **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **Join RTT — be part of the fastest-growing team in Brazil!** **Apply now!**
