Santos Simões is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to conduct B2B and B2C sales via digital channels. You will be responsible for serving and prospecting clients (industries, construction companies, retailers, and installers) using social media, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and telephone, applying a consultative approach, focusing on results, and building long-term relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve clients and prospects via WhatsApp, telephone, e\-mail, and other digital channels. * Identify client needs and recommend solutions from our portfolio of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation materials. * Actively prospect B2B clients (electricians, installers, construction companies, industries, and retailers). * Prepare quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. * Record contacts, opportunities, and proposals in systems or spreadsheets, tracking the sales pipeline until closure. * Maintain relationships with the client portfolio by conducting follow\-ups and promoting new products, campaigns, and special offers. * Focus on goals and results, aligned with the company’s commercial strategies. REQUIREMENTS * Sales experience, preferably with electrical materials and/or industrial automation. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in digital channel customer service (WhatsApp, social media, e\-mail, and telephone), with experience handling high-volume contact routines. * Basic computer literacy and experience using management systems or spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Specific experience in B2B sales to industries, construction companies, retailers, or installers. * Technical knowledge of electrical materials, automation, hydraulics, or pneumatics. * Experience with CRM, ERP, or commercial management and customer service systems. * Analytical mindset to monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and performance outcomes. WORK CONDITIONS * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws contract). * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. * Flexible working hours system (banked hours), compliant with current legislation. * Compensation: Market-competitive salary \+ commission based on sales.
