




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR intern focused on recruitment and selection to support the team in managing hiring processes. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with operational and strategic positions, as well as competency-based interviews **HR Internship (Focus on Recruitment and Selection)** We are looking for an HR intern who is proactive, organized, and experienced in recruitment and selection to support our team! **Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes * Align candidate profiles with managers * Post job openings on employment platforms * Screen resumes * Schedule and conduct interviews * Administer assessments and prepare evaluation reports * Support candidate feedback * Update spreadsheets and internal tracking systems **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in recruitment and selection (a significant advantage) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of priority **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with operational and strategic positions * Experience handling high-volume recruitment * Knowledge of competency-based interviews **Additional Information:** * Monthly stipend: R$ 700.00 * Remote work allowance: R$ 100.00 * Work mode: 100% remote (with periodic office visits: 1–2 times per month) * Location: Belo Horizonte/MG (preferred) * Working hours: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 9:00 AM–4:00 PM \- 1-hour lunch break Compensation: starting from R$700.00 per month Benefits: * Internet allowance * Life insurance Work location: Hybrid remote work based in Belo Horizonte, MG
