Provide employee training and development to ensure staff are adequately equipped to perform their duties effectively. Manage HR benefits and policies to ensure employees receive appropriate benefits and are aware of institutional policies. Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Manager, HR Leader, or Senior HR Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
