Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Refrigeration Assistant to install, maintain, and commission HVAC systems in naval and offshore environments, ensuring safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Our portfolio includes ship design and project development, propulsion and Dynamic Positioning systems, deck equipment, pumping solutions, waste management, accommodation, STP, HVAC, lighting, helideck systems, as well as retrofit and after-sales services. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **installation, maintenance, and commissioning** of refrigeration (HVAC) systems in naval and offshore environments; * Join field technical teams (onshore and offshore), performing tasks to maintain service schedules; * Adhere to service timelines, ensuring deadlines, quality, and safety are met; * Support onboard control of materials, supplies, and tools required for operations; * Interface directly with the Macnor team; * Ensure compliance with **Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)** standards; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in **Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Electromechanics, or related fields**; * Valid CFT certification; * Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems; * Willingness to travel and occasional offshore assignments; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Field experience as a refrigeration technician; * Refrigeration certification (e.g., SENAI, ABRAVA, etc.); * Updated NR-10, NR-33, and NR-35 certifications; * Experience in **offshore operations or the naval sector**; * Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance plans; * Experience implementing PMOC (Preventive Maintenance and Operational Control Plan). **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and highly technical work environment; * Opportunity for growth and continuous learning; * Participation in highly relevant projects in the naval and offshore sector; * Competitive benefits package. * Health insurance (for employee and dependents, both with co-payment, extendable to spouses and children up to age 21) * Sulamérica dental plan (no cost for employee and dependents); * Icatu life insurance; * On-site meals; * Caju Benefits (Mobility) / Jaé / Riocard; * Wellhub (formerly GymPass); * FluencyPass (English course).
