




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized Billing Assistant with experience in billing, administrative processes, and tax-related activities for issuing and verifying electronic invoices. If you have billing experience, are organized, and enjoy working with administrative and tax-related processes, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities:** \- Issuing and verifying Electronic Invoices (NF-e) for inbound and outbound merchandise transactions, ensuring accurate completion of tax-related information. \- Verifying and correctly applying CFOP, NCM, ICMS/IPI tax rates. \- Generating and sending invoices (PDF and XML) to customers, supporting the billing and financial control process. \- Communicating with freight carriers and customers, monitoring shipment logistics and ensuring correct issuance of fiscal documents for merchandise dispatch. \- Supporting the accounting and finance departments by providing necessary information and documents for tax calculation and fiscal closing. \- Organizing and archiving fiscal documents, maintaining control over issued and received invoices. \- Desired education and experience: Prior experience issuing and verifying electronic invoices. \- Knowledge of tax legislation. \- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. **Desired Experience:** Knowledge of Fiscal Invoices **Send resume to:** recrutamentodenlex@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent employment Compensation: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
