Works collaboratively and demonstrates proactivity Industrial Company **Position:** Structural Assembler **Number of Openings:** 8 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Prepares, positions, aligns, joins, assembles, and secures large-scale metal components—such as plates, columns, beams, piping, valves, fittings, equipment, instruments, and other components—guiding them with the assistance of transporters and appropriate tools, while observing drawings, specifications, and identification marks to construct the designed structure. Reads and interprets drawings, sketches, and work orders, consulting tables and using precision instruments to plan required operations. Positions and secures parts by fastening them with bolts and nuts, clamps, pins, rivets, or other suitable fastening methods to ensure centralization, alignment, and leveling of components and prevent deviations during welding. Directs component movement using standard hand signals to ensure precise positioning and operational safety. Organizes the workplace to perform tasks in compliance with quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. Uses appropriate tools for task execution, such as drills, grinders, rivet guns, wrenches, adjustable wrenches, saws, hammers, pliers, etc. Performs other related duties as directed and under supervision of the immediate supervisor. **Preferred Education and Experience:** Completed elementary education Minimum 1 year of experience as a Semi-Skilled Structural Assembler in shipbuilding and/or ship repair companies. **Work Mode:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Niterói **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Additional Information:** Proactive; Team-oriented; Willingness to learn; Strong interpersonal skills; Resident of Niterói, São Gonçalo, Maricá, or neighboring cities.
