Requirements: The Infrastructure area seeks a Junior Infrastructure Analyst (Monitoring) to join our team at the largest software and product development company serving Brazil's financial market — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. This role will be responsible for: Monitoring infrastructure and applications, reviewing alerts and system health indicators. Assisting in identifying service outages or performance degradation, performing initial analysis, and documenting information for the technical team. Supporting operations in AWS cloud environments under the guidance of more experienced analysts. Assisting in querying system logs and metrics to identify potential root causes of failures. Supporting the creation or maintenance of monitoring dashboards and alerts. Executing documented operational procedures and contributing to process improvements. Collaborating with infrastructure and development teams during deployments and environment changes. Documenting incidents, investigations, and resolutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base. Tracking actions defined in incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA), assisting in controlling and verifying execution of agreed-upon activities with responsible teams. Developing awareness of how failures or performance degradation impact customers, understanding the importance of rapid identification and resolution of issues affecting critical services. Technical Requirements: Linux knowledge Computer networking DNS HTTP/HTTPS Basic understanding of routers and firewalls Cloud (desirable) Monitoring (exposure or study) Advantages (not mandatory) Prior exposure to: Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch) Docker or containers Git Simple scripts (Bash or Python) Benefits So, does this resonate with you so far?
