**Job Benefits;** Meal allowance of R$ 22.30 per day, transportation allowance, and health insurance. **Description of duties the professional will perform;** Ensure the company's needs for computing services and systems are met according to appropriate standards of quality, efficiency, and security; facilitate the development of new system projects by advising the technical team on the requirements and realities of involved departments, ensuring defined solutions meet original demands; perform maintenance on existing equipment, programs, and systems, including testing, identifying technical and operational issues, and facilitating solutions; support decisions regarding equipment, basic software, and applications to be used, aiming to best meet the company's needs; participate in procurement processes for equipment and maintenance services; participate in voice and data communication systems and processes—including telephony, intranet, data transmission, and cabling—as well as in contracting third parties and service providers in this area, ensuring the quality of corporate communications; perform other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements;** Experience in computer maintenance and assembly, installation and configuration of operating systems, network cable assembly, printer installation, and replacement of consumables; knowledge of Office 365 tools, Brazilian driver's license category B, and availability for travel to Caxias do Sul and Santa Maria.
