If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and communicate effectively — this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute and update registrations and contracts. * Manage physical and digital files. * Assist in tracking deadlines, validity periods, and renewals. Requirements * Basic knowledge of administrative routines. * Microsoft Office Suite * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience or familiarity with electronic signature platforms. * Experience with management systems and customer registration organization.
